    This is untrue, …
This is untrue, when you take a tackle, you should attempt to drive the tackler backwards and make sure you remain on your feet until your support players arrive at which point you go to ground and they are there to ruck over, if you go stright to ground, theres nothing stopping the opposing team just picking up the ball.

    you need to roll …
you need to roll away as fast as possible if you can, if you are being to slow and obstructing the other team to get clean ball the reff will be shouting roll away tackler, and if u font u will be pinged.

also people from the other side may kick you out of the way, try to get out before this happens.

also if possible try and get back on your feet and over the ball ready to rook and secure the ball.

If theres only one man and your in open space then you try the hand off, if your hitting straight into people, two hands is neccesary or you will loose it. Btw its only legal if its flat palm and not a straight arm.

actually, most of the time you should carry the ball with both hands so it doesnt get either a) bumped out upon impact or b) lost during the ruck.
