    exactly, when a …
exactly, when a rugby player gets knocked down they get back up right away unlike football players who cry for an hour because they tripped

    Oct5life- …
Oct5life- footballers may go for 90 mins but rugby players go a whole 80 minutes without stopping unlike footballers when we get tackle we dont dive on the floor for an hour rolling around like a tit we get tackled and keep going doesent that prove something!

and you are right about the kicking i used to play football and i kick for my rugby team

    there is alot more …
there is alot more to rugby than big hits, its mostly about teamwork. everyone has his own main skills and talents, only people who play rugby will fully understand that. everyone on the team is an attacker and defender. tackling is a skill, its just as dangerous to tackle as to be tackled, passing, scrummaging, taking lineouts, kicking for touch, up and unders, grubbers, placed kicks are all skills, side stepping at full pace is a skill. and no player would take pride in ending anothers career

    learn to spell ” …
learn to spell “THEIR” before making a one-sided video that only displays tackles from rugby LEAGUE! there is plenty of skill in rugby, especially rugby union. so yeah, crap rugby clips and alright football ones. although i’m a big fan of football, however rugby is in many ways more strategic and complex. you partly need a good understanding of the game to spot the skill which is why rugby is not the “world game”. there is an “art” to rugby too, as in most sports…

man, this guy that made the video did not know how to use grammar at all. It was horrendous just to read his writing on the video. Good Clips of both sports though!!!

    The points you make …
The points you make are really weak you mention the “art of football” but you could easily show the “art of rugby” (e.g handling skills/ball control) instead of just “big hits”. Your biased and its obvious!

    Rugby is not just …
Rugby is not just about big hits. It requires a tremendous amount of skill and athleticism to handle the ball and kick while evading 15 opposing players. It is based on football and like football is designed for continuous play. Could a footballer go the full 80 min. of running and skill AND take and dish out tackles? The camaraderie is incredible as well. Aside form a few holes, I would consider rugby the world’s largest fraternity.

    william ellis was …
william ellis was no good at playing football so he decided to make a new sport. anyway football teams are cheats. faking, diving and swearing at the ref. you boo other peoples national anthems. take arsenal, only team ever to be promoted to top division football without being supposed to. they were 6th in the second division and spurs were last in the second division. arsenals manager was friends with the fa chief so arsenal got promoted and spurs were relegated. cheats.
